Culture Assessment : Conduct culture perception surveys and interviews. Assess alignment between espoused values and lived behaviours. Identify cultural strengths and gaps<\/p><p>b. Organizational Effectiveness : Review of structure, processes, decision-making, and internal coordination. Analyze systems and workflow efficiency<\/p><p>c. Team Effectiveness : Evaluate team cohesion, communication, and collaboration. Assess clarity of roles and interdependence. Facilitate team performance self-assessments and peer feedback.<\/p><p><strong>Transfer of Knowledge\/Training<\/strong><br \/>Equip internal staff with tools for continuous assessment. Share diagnostic frameworks with HR\/OD teams for future use.<\/p><p><strong>Deliverables<\/strong><br \/>Comprehensive Diagnostic Report covering all three dimensions. Executive Summary with key findings and recommendations. Culture Map, Organizational Health Scorecard, and Team Effectiveness Dashboards<\/p><p>i.
