Dr. Kofi Anokye Owusu-Darko is a distinguished executive and process consultant<\/strong> with over three decades of experience in banking operations, finance, organizational development, and dispute resolution.<\/strong> His expertise spans organizational diagnosis, assessment, <\/strong>and related interventions, with a focus on strategic planning, employee mindset change, and team building<\/strong>. Dr. Owusu-Darko has a proven track record of leading teams through significant organizational transformations and regulatory reforms, showcasing his ability to manage complex change initiatives and enhance organizational effectiveness within various financial institutions.<\/p>

His career in banking and financial services includes senior executive roles such as Chief Operating Officer<\/strong> at Ideal Finance <\/strong>and Senior Vice President<\/strong> at The Royal Bank Ghana,<\/strong> where he led operations, consumer banking, recovery, and operational risk management.<\/strong> He also served as Head of Consumer Banking Operations and Head of Operational Risk at Merchant Bank (now UMB Bank).
