Scope of Services

  1. Conduct change readiness assessment
  2. Develop change communication and engagement plan
  3. Facilitate training on change models and leadership
  4. Support change champions and feedback mechanisms

 

Transfer of Knowledge/Training
Mentor internal change agents and equip them with change tools and frameworks.

Deliverables
