Workplace or organizational disputes can escalate quickly without proper intervention. ADR
processes provide structured and impartial mechanisms to resolve conflict.
Objectives
To provide neutral mediation or facilitation to resolve interpersonal, team, or organizational
disputes without litigation.
Scope of Services
- Conflict assessment and stakeholder consultation
- Mediation or facilitated dialogue sessions
- Conflict resolution skills training
Transfer of Knowledge/Training
Train internal HR or supervisors on conflict handling and informal dispute resolution.
Deliverables
- Mediation Agreement or Resolution Plan
- Conflict Management Toolkit
- Management Reports to HR or Legal/Compliance
Reports and Schedule : Case summary report post-mediation.
Client Provisions : Neutral meeting space and private session scheduling.
Assignment Period : Maximum 3 days per case.
