To strengthen team cohesion, clarify roles and expectations, and foster collaboration among
team members.

Scope of Services

  1. Facilitate interactive team-building sessions
  2. Design experiential learning activities
  3. Assess team dynamics using diagnostic tools
  4. Provide individual and group feedback

Transfer of Knowledge/Training
Provide HR or team leads with facilitation tools and team-building guides for future use.

Deliverables
