TOR 2: Cultural Assessment

Background
Culture underpins performance and employee engagement. A misaligned culture can derail even the best strategy. Organizations often function with dominant and sub-cultures, both of which influence how work is approached and change is adopted.

Objectives
To assess the organization’s culture, identify alignment/misalignment with strategy, and
recommend interventions to reinforce positive behaviors.

Scope of Services
i. Culture perception surveys and focus groups
ii. Mapping espoused vs. actual behaviors
iii. Identifying cultural drivers, blockers, and sub-cultures
iv. Alignment analysis between culture and strategic goals

Transfer of Knowledge/Training
Facilitate culture mapping sessions with HR and leadership; build internal capacity to sustain
culture-shaping efforts.

Deliverables

i. Culture diagnostic report
ii. Culture alignment and improvement roadmap
